1:1 with Nicola

A personal training session with just you and Nicola for either 30 or 60 minutes, following a program decided upon during your consultation with her. These sessions are most suited to clients with rehabilitation needs, weight management issues, pre and post natal clients or those who wish to work on flexibility and mobility.

Pilates

Led by Nicola, mobility and movement expert with over 20 years experience, this class is designed specifically for all participants regardless of age, fitness level, or prior experience. We'll guide you through a series of exercises that target the core muscles, including the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor. These exercises are performed with precise and controlled movements, promoting stability, balance, and alignment.

IN THE STUDIO

PT for 2

Train with a friend, partner or relative for either 30 or 60 minutes, with the program decided during your consultation. These sessions are only suitable for 2 people with very similar goals, very similar fitness levels and no serious injuries.

Group sessions

Our classes, designed for groups of 8, are set to revamp your fitness journey, whether you're boxing in BoxFit, toning up in our targeted TF Signature workouts, enhancing your agility with Mobility & Flexibility, or restoring your core post-childbirth. VIRTUAL TRAINING

1:1 VT

Live streamed 30 minute sessions via Zoom, following the program decided upon during your consultation. No equipment necessary – as long as you have a chair and a towel we can do some excellent body weight sessions! However if you do have some equipment, it would enhance your training and expand your program. A set of dumbbells would be a good start!

1:1 VT with Nicola

Live streamed 30 minute sessions with Nicola via Zoom, following a consultation. These sessions are suitable for pre and post natal clients, those with weight management issues and certain rehabilitation needs.

Paired VT

Live streamed 30 minute sessions via Zoom, training with a friend, partner or relative, following the program decided upon during your consultation. Just like the In Studio sessions, these sessions are only suitable for 2 people with very similar goals, very similar fitness levels and no injuries. They can be done with both of you in one location, or on a split screen.
