FAQs

 Think Fit is a personal fitness experience both in studio and online established in 2012. We provide one to one training from both our studio on Belfast’s Lisburn Road, and online via our live streamed and video on demand sessions. We believe in a holistic approach to fitness, therefore nutrition and mental wellbeing are also important aspects of our service.

Our studio address is 168 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 6AL. Heading out of the city centre, we are on the left side of the road, just after the turn off at Malone Avenue. You can view our Google tour HERE

All of our consultations are 30 minutes long and provide a detailed explanation of our method as well as a discussion about your goals, nutrition, lifestyle and history with one of our trainers. This is a slot booked in to our diary, and we charge £15 for this to ensure attendance. The charge is redeemable against any service purchased on the day and must be paid upon booking.

Workout appropriate clothing and footwear is required, but please don’t worry about rushing out to buy the latest gear and expensive trainers! Whatever you feel comfortable in is perfect. We HIGHLY recommend proper running shoes for beginners however, as these provide much more support. Unfortunately due to insurance reasons, we will have to send you home if you forget your trainers. We encourage you to bring an empty recyclable water bottle which can be filled at our triple filtered water fountain. 

 We have everything you need here so it’s not necessary to bring anything of your own, and we disinfect every piece of equipment after every use so you can be assured of your safety. You can read more about our Covid19 policies and procedures HERE

Our live streamed one to one sessions are based on whatever equipment you have at home – your package will be planned in advance by our trainers with your equipment in mind. If you have no equipment at all, that’s OK! Your sessions will be based on body weight exercises and using household items such as a towel or chair. For our video on demand sessions, we have options for both equipment/no equipment training.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a session. Should you need to cancel within the 24 hour window, your session will be deducted from your account and cannot be rescheduled. We understand that emergencies happen, so should your reason for cancellation be due to extenuating circumstances, please call us and we will do our best to reschedule your session.

Our in person clients will have access to our body composition scales should they wish to use them, however we STRONGLY recommend you take a note of your measurements with a tape measure at home or take progress photos as this is a MUCH better indication of progress (if your goal is fat loss/muscle gain). We truly believe however that the best results can’t be measured by numbers, as it’s more important to us that your progress is based on your fitness levels, self confidence, awareness of your body and how it works, nutrition education, and improved mental health. Aesthetic results will almost ALWAYS be achieved when working like this.

Our studio space is private and only for clients of Think Fit. Clients cannot access the studio except by appointment.
