Our Think Fit Apprentice class is your perfect introduction to Pilates. You’ll find all the classical movements and fundamental Pilates principles, but we slow everything down and simplify the sequences to ensure you’re eased in gently and enjoyably. If you love the principles of Pilates but love strength training, this 45-minute class is the one for you! Our Think Fit Strength Pilates sessions are a fusion of Pilates principles and high-intensity movements using weights designed to sculpt, tone, and elevate your fitness through a comprehensive full-body workout.
Led by our founder Nicola, you’ll experience a holistic approach as you’re guided through a unique blend of signature Pilates core-strengthening movements and high-octane calorie-burning exercises. This approach not only builds your strength and endurance but also enhances your flexibility and balance.

You need to be at intermediate to advanced level for this class due to its intensity! Previous experience of Pilates fundamentals and/or a basic level of fitness are recommended as you will be challenged and you need a good foundation to reap the rewards.
