Our Signature Full Body session works for all fitness levels as your instructor will include modifications and progressions to ensure you’re always working at the right pace. Please note that a moderate level of mobility is required, and always let us know about any injuries or adaptations before class.

With Build & Burn, you’re getting the best of both worlds in one high-energy session underpinned by our unique TF Method™. It’s our ultimate fusion of strength training plus calorie-burning cardio and plyometrics. Here’s what you’ll find:

Build & Burn is suitable for all fitness levels. Our instructors will include modifications and progressions to tailor each 45-minute workout to your individual needs. Expect a supportive and motivating environment where your capabilities are always respected as you’re pushed to your limits.

Our high-intensity Think Fit Upper Body workout puts the focus fully on helping you build lean muscle, improving upper body strength, and enhancing your overall muscular endurance. As you sculpt your arms, shoulders, chest and back with precision, you can tailor the intensity to get the max from this 45-minute session.

This class is suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast. Your trainer will provide the modifications and progressions you need throughout the class to ensure you’re always working at your ideal level.
Think Fit Upper Body Strength sessions are delivered in small groups with a maximum class size of six.

This Think Fit class is all about building your lower body strength, using simple plyometrics for a deeper burn. We focus in particular on helping you develop your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.

As with our Upper Body Strength workout, this class happens at Think Fit’s boutique Belfast studio and is suitable for everyone — whether you’re at the start of your fitness journey or an advanced enthusiast. Your trainer will provide the modifications and progressions you need throughout the class to ensure you’re always working at your ideal level.
