Think Fit is a five-star boutique fitness studio with a real sense of community located in the heart of Belfast’s Lisburn Road area.

 

We’re proud to have been here since 2012 when director and lead instructor Nicola Rea welcomed our first clients with a commitment to give them exactly the right tools to realise — and exceed — their fitness and wellbeing goals. 

 

That pledge remains unchanged, and we can say with pride that many of our clients stay with us for years as they achieve goal after goal and set their personal fitness bar ever higher.

At the heart of our classes and personal training is the TF Method™ which threads through all our Pilates and other classes as well as our 1-to-1 personal training. 

The TF Method™

At Think Fit, we take a holistic approach to fitness and well-being, and our exclusive TF Method™ is designed to ensure clients receive the best possible results without the time they spend with us ever compromising work, business, or family life.

 

The TF Method™ combines resistance and cardiovascular training with flexibility, mobility, and core strength work — all in one 30-minute session! And it’s proved highly effective for a wide range of clients, including those who want to:

  • … or a combination!
 
Your sessions — in our Signature class, Personal Training 1:1 and PT for 2 — are always personalised, but we apply the same TF Method™ principles whatever an individual’s specific needs. And that even includes pre- and post-natal clients, as well as those on a rehabilitation program. 
 
At your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, your previous fitness and health history, and explore how we can incorporate the TF Method™ into your training.

Meet Nicola

Founder, Lead Instructor + PT

Think Fit founder and lead instructor Nicola is a mobility and movement expert and innovator with more than 20 years’ experience in the fitness sector. She draws on her passion for Pilates, flexibility, and mobility to create every Think Fit class and personal training session.

 

“Changing lifestyles and creating healthy habits is my driving force and I truly believe life is better when we maximise our movement and explore what we are really capable of. My aim is to inspire others to live better by moving more and taking care of their bodies, and at our studio we don’t just get fit, we think fit. Helping my clients become more mobile, correcting their injuries and ailments with exercise, and repairing mental health is what I’m all about — especially for mums at all stages of their parenting journey.”

Meet Daniel

Instructor + PT

Daniel began his fitness journey in 2019, and loves to train as much, as hard, and as heavy as he can.

 

It became such a massive part of my daily life that it made sense to pursue a career in something I truly enjoy and I qualified as a personal trainer. Being able to share the knowledge I’ve gained about training and nutrition has been so fulfilling, and I can happily talk about it all day long

Meet Samantha

Instructor + PT

Samantha’s life changed after she hired a personal trainer in 2014. That was her first step towards fitness and she quickly found the gym was somewhere she felt she belonged.

 

Everyone had the same goals: to be happier, healthier, and have a fuller life. So I became a personal trainer myself to help others grow to love working out as much as I did, and to encourage them to change their habits and prioritise their health. I want all my clients to really enjoy their life and their body — after all, you only get one of each!”

Meet Danny

Instructor + PT

Danny once struggled with obesity and lacked the motivation to exercise, so he understands first-hand how hard it can be to get started down the fitness road.

 

Now I am passionate about training and helping others reach their fitness goals. And I’ve discovered that exercise isn’t just about physical health — it’s also a great way to improve your mental wellbeing. I believe that “your health is your wealth”, and I’m dedicated to inspiring others to embrace a healthier lifestyle
