When I joined my fitness level was already reasonably high, having spent over ten years training in the martial arts, but they really put me through my paces and I've never felt better or been fitter. All of the trainers are professional, friendly - and tough! I've worked mostly with Niamh, James, Jay and Nicola and I can vouch for them all.
