After studying at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, I relocated to various locations in both Scandinavia and the UK teaching dance, and found my passion for not only fitness, but health and wellbeing, with a particular emphasis on nutrition.

My own training is a mixture of heavy resistance with plyometrics and lots of flexibility and core work, but I love to try new types of training and am always looking for ways to improve. I place a lot of importance on form and technique and consider this to be the foundation of a good training session.

I believe every aspect of life improves when you feel strong and healthy, and I love seeing the results, both physical and mental, that a client gets with us. Very often, a client changes not only their body, but their eating habits, their posture, their general sense of wellbeing, and even their outlook on life, and I am proud of my team and I for the amazing results we've created.

My dad first took me to rugby when I was eight years old. Since then I have always been an active individual. I took part in a range of sports growing up including soccer, hockey and cricket. This led me to study sport studies at university to better understand the science behind sports and fitness in general. I have played rugby to quite a high level and enjoy training clients in many different training methods, my favourite being power lifting.

Brian O'Driscoll is a favourite athlete of mine. Not just from a rugby point of few, but because he has been able to sustain a high standard of playing through a lot of hard work. Train hard and never give up guys.

I have been involved in exercise and training essentially my whole life, starting martial arts from a young age. I truly love to push my body and mind through the medium of exercise, improving and developing my health and fitness. The invigorating and uplifting feeling I get from accomplishing the most intense of sessions is hard to beat. I am in constant competition with myself and enjoy the challenge to outdo my previous performances.

l enjoy helping to bring out potential and to show clients what they can also achieve when they too push themselves, they can have anything they want if they are persistent and work hard. My own training, consists of numerous styles of exercise, but among my favourites is short intense circuits using weights and explosive plyometrics, which I enjoy showing clients.

I started weight training at a young age. I was always interested in the sports industry. I have 6 years of experience working in the fitness industry . My strengths are : strength and conditioning training ,sports specific, bodybuilding and power lifting. My sessions are delivered in a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic way. I always focus on my client's goals.

I implement compound exercises mixed with high intensity cardio when training my clients, ad can provide information and training that will promote your health , well being and general fitness.

I keep my knowledge up to date so I can offer solutions regarding fitness issues. I will always make myself available to clients.
