Think Shape

Think Shape is the personal training programme for all clients who already have a moderate fitness level and want to further improve cardiovascular fitness and add some lean muscle (don’t panic ladies, this just means ‘tone’!). With the Think Shape program each client’s goals and objectives are considered and the program is tailored to make those goals a reality. This program is perfect for those who have reached a plateau with their training, feel that they lack structure and motivation in their training or haven’t been to the gym in a while. This is the next step for clients who’ve completed our Think Shift program.
