  • Why can't I see prices?
    We tailor our packages to suit every clients goals and budgets, call us for a quote.
  • How many sessions should I do per week?
    We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week in order to change your body shape and increase your fitness.
  • Can I request only a male/female trainer?
    If you would prefer a male or female only trainer please specify this during your consultation.
  • How long will it take me to see results?
    Results depend on each individual and their goals, however we carry out progress reports every 2 weeks to ensure you are moving in the right direction. With hard work and commitment to your diet results can be fast!
  • I have health issues/previously had surgery/am recovering from an injury, can I still sign up?
    All of our trainers are qualified to a high level and have experience in rehabilitation, and will adapt your workout to ensure you receive the training best suited to your body.
