Massive congratulations to our client Shauna Monaghan who has completed the first phase of her transformation with us - aren't the results INCREDIBLE?!
Shauna came to us after trying various different weight loss methods, all of which had short lived results and the weight always crept back on. She came to Think Fit as a beginner, weighing 69kg (10 stones 8.5lbs) and with a high percentage of body fat. We started Shauna on our Think Pink program, doing 3 x 30 minute sessions per week. After a few weeks her fitness level shot right up and Shauna moved in to our Think Fitness program, doing 3 x 60 minute sessions per week and eating a simple clean diet.
At the end of her transformation, Shauna has lost an amazing 10kg (22lbs), 11% body fat and 20 inches in total! What an achievement Shauna, we're so proud of you!
Shauna will now move on to our Think Physique program to build more lean muscle and definition.
Shauna says: "I have always wanted to be a 'gym' person, but for years have tried different things and never had the motivation or drive to stick at it, until I found Think Fit! Now I'm hooked! I love each and every training session and it's always a bonus when you can have a laugh with your trainers whilst getting the most out of your session."
